**#LI-DNI****Manufacturing Supervisor****Job based in Meoqui Plant Trim Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible to Comply in their areas the production plans established with strict standards quality.****YOUR TASK WILL BE****01) Fulfillment of production, quality and scrap goals established in the forecast****02) Balancing of the unit in charge.****03) Solve production and quality problems through teamwork.****04) Meets and enforces safety standards.****05) Information meetings with the personnel in charge.****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Completed bachelor's degree of any kind,- Flexible production and sewing experience with sewing- Experience staff management.- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
