You will be responsible for comply in their areas the production plans established with strict standards of quality, ensuring the proper functioning and effective communication between the service cutting and sewing area.
**Your task will be**
- Fulfillment of the goals of production, quality, scrap established in the forecast Balancing of the unit under your responsibility.
- Solve production and quality problems through teamwork with the support areas.
- Comply with and enforce safety standards.
- Information meetings with the personnel in charge.
- Comply with the corresponding responsibility in each of the procedures that include the requirements of the standards that govern our quality system IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001.
- Order and cleanliness of the area in charge.
- Fulfillment of the training and training programs of the personnel in charge.
- Responsible for non-hazardous waste, scrap, recycling and raw material ISO-14001.
- Responsible for completing the corrective actions of the audits.
- Review and approval of the entrances and exits of the personnel in charge (Kronos).
- Coordination of quality auditors (service area)
- Ensure that interplant transfers of past models are effective
- Coordination of the support of Engineering Technicians for the area of cutting, sewing and quality of Services.
- Follow up and provide status according to the weekly production planner of service orders.

- Responsible for training new staff in the key functions of the department.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer
- Intermediate English.
- +1 years in a similar position with previous experience in the area of automotive trim sewing.
- Extensive knowledge in Lean manufacturing, CTPAT, quality systems, 5's, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001.
- Skills: Leadership, problem solving, innovative, effective communication, teamwork.
