**Job based in Meoqui Plant Trim Division**

**As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible to Comply in their areas the production plans established with strict standards quality.
**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**01) Fulfillment of production, quality and scrap goals established in the forecast**

**02) Balancing of the unit in charge.
**

**03) Solve production and quality problems through teamwork.
**

**04) Meets and enforces safety standards.
**

**05) Information meetings with the personnel in charge.
**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Completed bachelor's degree of any kind,
- Flexible production and sewing experience with sewing
- Experience staff management.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
