**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Review the list of work orders (dispatch list), analyze it and determine the personnel, materials and time requirements.
- Check the condition of the equipment and machinery, addressing any anomaly, either personally or through the Equipment Maintenance area.
- Ensure that material is located on the production line in the appropriate places and address any anomaly that occurs during the delivery of material.
- Verify that the completed work orders (from the day or the previous day), are complete or partial, that they are packaged, approved by Quality Assurance, and captured in the system to be sent to Shipment or Raw Material Warehouse.
- Supervise quality of work and assembly procedure (AP) test procedures (TP), monitor manufacturing order, equipment verification, filling out reports, correct interpretation of work orders, etc.
- Coordinate with the Materials department (production scheduling) the timely issuance of work orders.
- Manage employee timecards through the electronic time system for payroll payment.
- Actively participates with Manufacturing Engineering in the analysis of the processes of the area to make them more efficient and ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, standards and specifications established in the quality management system. Maintain a safe work environment, through the prevention and care of work-related accidents and illnesses and ensure that the employees are properly trained in safety, hygiene and environmental issues.**Who You Are**:

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing technology.
- 3-4 of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Leadership skills
- Experience using MS Office programs.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for the manufacturing environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret technical data.**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
