We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor **based in_ Torreon Plant, Coahuila _(_E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Supervisor you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Administration of operational personnel.
- Administration of the materials and equipment in charge, ensure their correct use.
- Maintain a healthy and motivated work environment.
- Ensure the correct execution of processes and quality standards.
- Meet and improve the goals of the KPIs assigned to their function.
- Solution of operational and labor problems.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering business management or any related field.
- 3 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- Knowlwadge in Quality Systems.
- Production Plan.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- English intermediate Level.
