Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionTake over responsibility for operations in your line:Provide supervision, guidance, and support to your team leaders and operators to ensure that all teams are operating efficiently to meet production targets.You are responsible for ensuring that all operational line targets, such as quality, safety, time, and cost targets, are met.Supervise plant operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.Ensure a conscientious and on-time planning of employee resources.Implement and follow production processes.Allocate labor in response to fluctuating orders; set priorities for production.Enforce/improve standards of safety and ergonomics, quality, and productivity with respect to 5S standards. All aspects of production are driven by lean manufacturing principles of predictability, organization, and efficiency improvement.QualificationsAbility to take over responsibility for your area and team.Ability to lead and develop your team.Ability to make decisions based on business requirements.Ability to act as a member of the management team, placing the needs and requirements of the management team in order to reach your area's objectives.Self-motivated.Flexible and efficient time management with the ability to prioritize workload based on organizational or departmental needs.Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to share a common goal.Experience in manufacturing processes, TPM, SAP (must), 8D's, problem solving, SPC, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.Experience in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, and drawings.Education:Minimum level: University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing). Minimum 5 years of experience.Expertise: Desirable, University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing). Master's Degree Desirable.
