We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Manufacturing Supervisor **based in _Torreon Plant II, Torreon, Coahuila _(_E-Systems Division).
As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment.
**Your Task will be**
- Operational staff management.
- Administration of materials and equipment in charge, ensure its correct use.
- Ensure the execution of the production plan.
- Maintain a healthy and motivated work environment.
- Meet and improve the goals of the KPI's assigned to their function.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering, Business management, or any related field.
- 2 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate english level.
- Problem solving
