Job Summary: Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules, manage incidents, and ensure quality level. Supervise teams, align resources, and contribute to continuous improvement. Adjust manufacturing programs, organize training, and participate in investment proposals.Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector.Manage incidents and near misses.Enforce compliance with quality system and defined processes.Act as legal responsible in case of accident.Participate in load/resource balance with manufacturing manager.Ensure production schedules meet objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.Responsible for performance of a production/manufacturing sector.Align resources with needs, elaborate training plans, and lead short interval management.Formulate/escalate issues where necessary.Contribute to continuous improvement.Adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities.Organize training needs of teams and manage versatility.Contribute to industrial processes improvement with supported functions.Participate in investment proposals, transverse projects, and action plan at plant level.May be key-user of Manufacturing Domain (PEX).Qualifications:Degree in related fields.2+ years experience.Intermediate English Level.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.Performance management tools.Schedule: Full-timeReq: 0094FX
