**Role Definition**
Performs basic activities to assist in the manufacture and assembly of various products per established facility processes including process set-up, calibration, testing, assets management and production operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Statistical Process Control standards for monitoring and control processes critical variables.
- Short term Asset Management 0-12 months (Upgrade, Retrofit or Replacement) - Run necessary capital projects to maintain and improve Value Stream operational capabilities.
- Operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products.
- Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Assisting as part of manufacturing team in modifying existing equipment or designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, as well as quality control and in-process production testing.
Conducting basic equipment calibration, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
- Support Safety Incidents Investigation
- Develop, Document and Maintain Standard Work, Control Plans and FMEA's for Value Stream Operations
- Develop, Document and Maintain Value Stream Quality System Documentation and Operational Records
- Maintain production enablers up to date and up to standards (bottom boards, torque tools, etc.) Back up for Section Manager role in cases of planned absences.

- Explains engineering concepts and features in a manufacturing environment.

**Lean Manufacturing**:Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
