Major Responsibilities and TasksRoot Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented.Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.Key role designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes.Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.Improving health and safety policies and procedures.Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost.Minimum Knowledge and Skill RequirementsReliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)LOTO Training / certificationTechnical degree in Engineering5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance area.Experience developing maintenance strategies.Experience handling Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing.Management and control of maintenance costs.Spare parts and tooling management.Root cause analysis experience.Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred).Problem Solving.Technical Learning.Managing Time.Written communications.Demonstrate Drive & Commitment.Dealing with Ambiguity.Demonstrating Initiative.Ethics & Values.Communicating Effectively.Additional Skills: English is not required in a basic level of understanding.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupports production line on a daily basis to help deliver yields, throughput and product quality.Trains and coaches front-line production employees (operators) on proper processes and procedures.Utilizes KT and Lean tools to reduce downtime, increase yields, and improve costs and product quality.Supports or leads optimization and standardization projects understanding DMAIC tools.Facilitates the sharing of learnings across shifts and across product lines.Works on equipment projects to reduce costs, downtime and/or defects and increase yields.Gives input into development and implements new equipment on the production line.Proactively guides front-line production employees and technical teams to comply with safety, health and environmental regulations.Creates project plans that identify resources and accurate timeline.May be asked to participate in developing a new process or machine to improve the current process.Experiences/Education - RequiredMath/Science Background.Has mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.Has had other roles that lead to a better understanding of the equipment and overall processes.Yellow Belt or Green Belt.PEx tools.Has had several leadership opportunities.
