Major Responsibilities and Tasks of the PositionRoot Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented.Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.Key role designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes.Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.Improving health and safety policies and procedures.Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.Minimum Knowledge and Skill RequirementsReliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)LOTO Training / certificationEducation: Technical degree in EngineeringWork Experience:5+ years of experience in the industrial maintenance area.
Experience developing maintenance strategies.
Experience handling Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing.
Management and control of maintenance costs.
Spare parts and tooling management.
Root cause analysis experience.

Role PurposeProvides technical support to front-line workforce and manufacturing engineers making products in an industrial environment. Works hands-on with manufacturing equipment and activities. Identifies and supports process improvements. Uses judgment, experience, and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations. May help determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
