.This role is 100% On-site and it is located in Ciudad Juarez.As a Test Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and sustaining of integrated test solutions for our devices supporting hardware and software platforms designed for our line of products.

Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop appropriate test processes, perform tasks that align the current work with new products, and help define the best strategy.You'll collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of supply and conduct maintenance for all of a tester's elements.Work with factory, new product introduction (NPI), and dev engineering stakeholders to discuss different dev/test phase scenarios and how they can integrate new tools and automation options based on their understanding of test stages and tool/automation best practices.Work at the factory level at each test stage on the implementation of certain test tools as they build hardware/software into its end-state with some support from others.Help connect issues from customers/Test Data Centers and correlate that with what is happening at the factory level.
Network with design, validation, and hardware/software teams based on their understanding.You will address strategy and evaluate risk levels through testing and improve effectiveness by identifying and removing non-value elements.
You'll architect test stations, develop future technologies and products, and consider how to leverage sub-automation in the architecture.Contribute to security policy and standards; maintain accurate and comprehensive security policy and standards; design mitigation strategies to address identified gaps in policy.
Educate others (e.G., business partners, peers, industry) on security policy.
Recognize patterns and trends and recommend solutions for improvement.You will meet design specifications, drive efforts to ensure that verifications have been met, and manage risk and change to schedules
