As a key member of Tarana's MFG Test team, you will provide manufacturing test-engineering support for the Tarana product line, coordinate the implementation of test processes into Tarana's contract manufacturers (CM), assist in the introduction of new products, provide sustaining manufacturing test engineering support, and drive product quality improvements and product cost reductions.**Specific job responsibilities include**:- Manage the deployment and validation of manufacturing test processes into contract manufacturers and other suppliers- Provide support to local CM to ensure test fixture and station is working properly- Provide feedback to the Hardware and Software engineering team to ensure they are aware of the current challenge at the local CM and Design For Testability (DFT) inputs are integrated into the product design- Support new product introductions and ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume manufacturing- Participate in supplier performance reviews and drive performance improvement initiatives- Participation in CM quality reviews and corrective action processes- Strong understanding of wireless communications and networks- Automated, high-volume functional test development for outdoor-rated wireless products- Developing and implementing test strategies and plans for high-volume manufacturing test processes- The development, deployment and support of ICT, functional test, and temperature testing- Implementing manufacturing test environments at Contract Manufacturing sites- Developing manufacturing tests and quality databases- Design for Testability- New Product Introduction- Knowledge of HALT testing and HASS screening processes**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**- BSEE required- 10 years of manufacturing test engineering experience- Strong writer/verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent project management and organizational skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsLocation: Guadalajara Mexicoa38fGJzqW3
