About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Industrial Controller to join the Electronic Systems North America Finance team, reporting directly to the Plant Controlling Manager.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
As the Senior Industrial Controller at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our industrial financial processes. This position is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting within the industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial finance and controlling, a strong analytical mind, and excellent leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities Will Be Financial Planning and Analysis: oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations for financial performance improvements.Budget Management: participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Monitor and report on budget vs. actual performance.Cost Control: analyze cost structures and reports, identify variances and implement corrective actions to ensure cost-effectiveness and margin optimization.Reporting: prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance commentary.Process Improvement: identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Compliance and Risk Management: ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
