**Position Description**:
Design and purpose business opportunities based on market trends, market available information and segments by BU´s.
Assist and analyze the area with deep analysis and connection across Elanco Systems and platforms promoting valuable business insights which support to achieve business goals based on market external data. Price positioning, rankings by brand, competitor analysis, and potential proposal based on market trends.
Maximize company's results providing the best analysis and solutions to supporting business strategy, decisions, and execution.
**Functions, Duties, Task**:
- Assist in the Commercial Excellence Project with market external information, Elanco Position by segment, analyze competitors' trends
- Monitor sizing tools and allocations of Market intelligence analytics systems.
- Verify and communicate effectively KPI´s and metrics for region, company and segment to marketing and sales teams.
- Provide Support and link activities between Finance area to comms excellence: market data analytics, metrics, dashboards, and collaboration with CE Manager. Inform to leadership team Elanco position by segment identifying main competitors and opps to take or develop market
- Key player in creation and dashboards updating, sales results, consolidate KPI´s from different areas and communicate information to promote data driven decisions.
**Key leadership Responsibilities**:
Measurements of **market external data** and marketing insighst:
Brand position by segment and BU
Price analysis vs competitors
Opportunities by segment according to market info.
New market sources to improve data quality
Regular processes with **CEESA** & additional market data sources
Data sent from sap to CEESA
Dashboards creation
Data competitor analysis by month
Insights by BU
Align and confirm by business right comparisons by segment and brand
**Key Technical responsibilities**:
Request for correction and updating of systems with responsible teams (CEESA, additional market sources)
**Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher on Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Finance, marketing, IT, actuary statistics, and correlates.
- Focus on customer and high analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify and design processes and procedures.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Cross-function working with previous experience in Market analysis.
- Proved planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimal 1 year of experience as sales analyst.
- Data management
- Advanced Excel, Access skills (including Macros) as well as many other systems and tools (SAP, Tableau, Power BI my SQL).
- Ongoing development to maintain latest technology and analytical platforms/tools.
