**STRATEGIC**: 85% of the activities are strategically driven.- Analysis of optimal points of sale according to each market (Dealer Efficiency, Brand Efficiency)- Development of strategies in order to retain or expand market coverage (94%) while assuring dealer's profitability- Analysis of New Investors and dealer termination.- Analysis and development of financial strategies in order to reduce network's operating cost in order to improve dealer's profitability.- Constant approach and lobbing with the dealer network.- Analysis of corporate image and dealership facilities.- Mange any legal matter related with the deal's operation (liaison with legal staff).- Provide support to Stellantis commercial areas in order to provide support, implement, resolve issues related to Stellantis Dealer Network.- Assure compliance of FCPA requirements as well as compliance of internal SOX audits.- Assure compliance of the Dealer Development area Budget.
**OPERATIONAL**: 10% of the activities are operational driven.- Presentations for the Market Representation Committee.- Ad hoc presentation related to the dealer network.- Letters or communications to a dealer or dealer network.- Dealer Codes set up follow up (HPIMS, COFIDI, DIDI)**RESOURCE MANAGEMENT**: 5% of the activities are focused on resource management.- Dealer Development areas budget control- Team building activitiesOTHER FUNCTIONS- Lobbing with the ADISTEM (Dealer's Association)**Requirements**:**Experience**:MBA DesirableBachelor´s degree- 10 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry- 10 years of mínimal experience on similar position.- Demonstrable experience dealer network market analysis.- Demonstrable experience in financial statements understanding and review.
