The team leads the full development of sales opportunity from detection of leads to nurturing the opportunity to successful closure.What do you get to do in this position?The Market Research Analyst will be in charge of the market research. Key responsibilities are as follows:Identify sites in the target states and utilities to launch the lead generation actions.Research prospects to prequalify with a good match to GreenStruxure's Energy as a Service offering.Synthesize customer research insights and customer stakeholder map to augment customer intelligence data in the CRM.Develop, maintain, and update the value creation map in ArcGIS, continuing to enrich with sites and prospects information.Monitor customer strategy and market moves and regularly update customer intelligence data in the repository.Report to the Product Management VP in charge of launching and managing the Energy as a Service offers.QualificationsThis job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:1 year of relevant experience in prospect research in marketing & sales functions.Advanced English Level.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, Clean energy preferred.Experience with ArcGIS.Experience in NetSuite (or similar) analytics and reporting.Experience in market/prospect research and synthesizing information.Knowledge of clean energy & sustainability reporting.Excellent computer skills with experience in the MS suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Soft skills:Passion for sustainability.Curious and fast learner.Collaborative and team player.Detail-oriented; strong passion for dataquality & continuous improvement.Effective communication in both written and oral English.Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-moving startup.Relationships:Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.Shares proactively experience and knowledge to ensure people around have the proper context of the actions they need to contribute.Comfortable engaging with executive and sales audiences
