**Responsibilities**:
- In-depth knowledge of the theory and process of Data Governance & Quality
- Accountable for executing quality control rules
- Establish, monitor, and track quality using defined metrics.
- Support in design Self-Audit capability Pre/Post sampling for all the department´s qualitative studies.
- Evolve methodologies, in order to maintain sample control, sufficiency, and quality.
- Promote, manage and control automation for Data sources provided by business for sampling.
- In-depth knowledge of database architecture.
- Perform documentation of processes and data flows.
- Follow up on identified quality issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery for monthly sampling; monitor sample sufficiency and timeliness adherence.
- Able to articulate a deep understanding and knowledge of various ways to collect customer insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous relevant experience preferred (Data Governance & Quality)
- Excellent analytical and practical problem solving abilities
- Effective communication in verbal and written skills
- Strong Teamwork
- Knowledge in Bank processes (Branch, credit, CAT, ATM, Digital, cards, mortgage, etc).
- Knowledge in process documentation.
- knowledge in Data quality program
- Experience with planning and organization of complex and variables projects
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
