With this position based in Mexico City and reporting into the VP, Global Insight, the individual in this role will be charged with building Insights as a capability within the region, shaping and influencing business building strategies by way of delivering an intimate understanding of our consumer targets and related opportunities. Primary responsibilities include:Provide proactive consultation to Business Teams, guiding brand strategy through synthesized consumer & competitive insights and recommendations Develop, execute and fully own consumer learning plans that identify and address critical brand priorities and knowledge gaps on the businessLead research projects with strong emphasis on identifying innovative methods and approaches that promote deeper levels of consumer understandingPartner with Flavor Solutions business to support Ingredient Customers by way of demonstrating strong understanding of marketplace trendsBuild consumer insight budget, secure funding for strategic projects identified; negotiate for key resources as needed to meet business objectivesAbility to integrate and synthesize learning from primary and secondary research; translating complicatedinformation into compelling stories and learnings required
