We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Americas Distribution, Service and Marketing Division as a Marketing and sales consultant.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure dealers deliver on the best **Customer Experience **by focusing on continuous improvement of the following areas such:- Lead Marketing and Sales Operational Excellence Programs, ensure deployment, develop improvement action plans, set targets, and lead governance.- Dealer performance in traditional and digital marketing, as well as sales operations- Advising on existing and potential customer experience gaps and recommending ways to improve experience through technology, etc- Ensure dealers have a strong customer management process in place, enabling clean data for Cat and Dealer to leverage- Consulting with dealers on process improvement methods and assisting with process evaluation- In addition, enable **Services Revenue **growth by focusing on the following key areas:- Ensure dealers have a robust PSE Funnel management process in place- Improve Dealer Coverage by completing coverage assessments and leveraging multiple sales channels, ensuring opportunity is assigned!- Lead quarterly dealer business reviews/leadership table meetings and governance of follow up items with dealer executive team.- Developing strategies and plans to improve dealer effectiveness and identifying potential opportunities to increase sales
