At Necodex, we are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. The account manager will act as client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.Exceptional communication skills and English are necessary for this position. Experience in marketing, digital marketing and being a team member is a must. You also should be customer-oriented and a team player to communicate with both sides.**Responsibilities**:- Be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Negotiate contracts and close agreements- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas- Prepare reports on account status- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed**Requirements and skills**- Prior work experience as an Account Manager or similar- High communications skills- Good conversational and written English skills- Experience with CRM softwares (e.G.
