Objective of the position: Coordinate, develop, and monitor positioning and communication strategies for the After Sales area, aiming to highlight the integral support Freightliner offers, with a focus on customers.Plan and execute the "Gira Freightliner" strategy with the Dealer Network.Plan and implement the strategy for Freightliner After Sales products and services promotions.Create and/or strengthen connections with various internal areas of the company to actively contribute to the organization's objectives.Coordinate direct marketing activities to promote our brand among current and potential customers, showcasing the competitive advantages and attributes of each of our After Sales products. Perform all functions in full compliance with the following policies: Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, Global Travel Policy, Daimler Truck Group Travel Policy in Mexico, and Non-Cash Rewards.
