Position: Marketing Americas Alliance Partner Program analyst intern (12-month duration)
***Reports to** **AMS Alliance Partner Programs Operations
***Purpose**
The primary goal of the Alliance Partner Programs analyst Intern is to support Alliance Partner Program Ops team to maintain operational excellence and take timely and data-driven decisions by keeping team members informed of any data inconsistencies, program overall metrics trends and providing valuable insights to drive process improvements.
***Key Responsibilities**
- Review and compare data across systems to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Generate key reports to ensure operational metrics are on track.
- Investigate and resolve data reconciliation issues by collaborating with relevant teams on HP and Alliance Partners side.
- Ensure data validation checks and verification procedures are followed.
- Identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with team members on implementing actions.
***Skills & Qualifications required**
Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to process data and provide valuable insights.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts. Power Bi knowledge desired but not required.
Collaborative Spirit: Works effectively in team environments and is open to feedback.
Continuous improvement mindset: leverage data to improve efficiency.
