Today, our coffee & tea portfolio is available in more than 100 developed and emerging markets, through a portfolio of over 50 brands that collectively cover the entire category landscape led by leading household names such as L'OR, Jacobs, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts, Old Town, Super, Pickwick and Moccona. **Since 2018 we have successfully entered Mexican market, showing the magical aroma that characterizes Jacobs so much and ensuring that consumer find us in their preferred store.****Job Description**:- Support the short, medium and long-term strategy of the brand, understanding and adapting the marketing initiatives to the target audience and guarantee the execution of product, price, promotion and distribution in the respective business area.- Prepare presentations and reports with the main movements of the market and company KPIs, proposing action plans for the Brand- Managing low complexity innovations and supporting medium / high complexity innovations.- Support On and Off Media Campaigns, leading low complexity BTL actions and support medium / high complexity actions.- In conjunction with MKT Mgr, manage brand budget control, supporting financial reports and optimizing investments.- Support the S&OP & sell out metrics.- Represents the brand in internal decision making and multifunctional team meetings.- Leading meetings with supplier and partners.- Be responsible for arts development and Key Visuals in general (packaging, promotions, mock ups).- Social Media management and understanding (Business manager, social media grid, Data analytics, Global approval flow)- In conjunction with MKT Mgr Media briefs to Media agency.- Leading the area's apprentice in the most operational and procedural brand activities; - Nielsen monthly tracking analysis in conjunction with MKT Mgr- Participate in any project linked to the Business; - Instore execution across Self service stores. (Demo ladies & activations).**Qualifications**:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administrative areas; Must have: 2 - 3 years of experience in MKT FMCG; Must have: Advanced excel, Power Point, Nielsen Answers.Desirable: SAP, leadership experience launching products.
