The Marketing Analyst supports the Brand Manager LATAM and is responsible for helping to manage the marketing/visual and ecommerce relationships for category and country licensees within the CASA region and Mexico with the goal of helping licensees to meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives for the Wrangler and Lee brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Works vis to vis with Global Ecom team and licensees to ensure that CASA/MX country ecommerce are in compliance with the brand standards.- Works vis to vis with Retail team and licensees to ensure that CASA/MX country licensees Mono/Dual branded stores and POS are in compliance with brand standards. (Store plans, POS accountability, brand presence in the region)- Works with Global Marketing teams for both brands to ensure that global strategies and campaigns are implemented properly in the region.- Works with licensees to ensure marketing plans are executed as planned and vs budget.- Work with licensee to ensure regional/local assets are according to brand strategy.- Monitor digital execution of both brands according to brand standards.- Control of TM calendar, brand logos update.
QUALIFICATIONS- 1-2 year's marketing and/or ecommerce experience at a national brand or related marketing agency experience- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related commercial area- English Language B2/C1- Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills- Highly detail oriented, excellent organization
SKILLS- Flexibility/Ability to work with two different brands within a global structure- Strong communication skills- Project and process mapping
