* Misión del cargo: We're seeking a lively and creative Marketing Analyst to lead Propel's digital content strategy & support outreach campaigns.
* Funciones del cargo: Key Responsibilities: 1.
Outreach Campaigns & Events (30%) ? Support outreach and communication campaigns to recruit top social leaders in LatAm for Propel's Fellowship & Nonprofit Academy.
? Organize virtual and in-person events with the team to attract social leaders and enhance engagement with the community.

Content Strategy & Creation (30%): ? Execute a content marketing strategy to enhance Propel's brand awareness and engagement.
? Create and curate high-quality, inspirational, and educational content in various formats (articles, social media posts, videos, stories, and reels) tailored to social organization leaders.
3.
Social Media Management (30%): ? Manage Propel's social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn, by creating monthly content calendars based on data and insights.
? Set and achieve growth goals for our community, such as reaching 5,000 followers on LinkedIn and 2,000 on Instagram.
4.
Storytelling & Branding (10%): ? Capture and showcase success stories from Propel's community through engaging, visual storytelling.
? Ensure Propel's branding is cohesive and recognizable across all digital touchpoints.
Attributes: ? Proactive, self-driven, and organized, able to manage multiple projects independently.
? Outstanding bilingual communication and writing skills in English and Spanish, delivering clear, impactful messaging.
? Strong sense of aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and design excellence.

Compensation: $1000 USD monthly * Requisitos: -2+ years in content marketing, events, social media management, ideally in startups/social impact.
-Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma, Mailchimp & eager to use AI design tools for content creation.
