**Marketin Analytics Sr. Analyst (ROI Engine)**
**Main Purpose**
This role will own ROI Engine deliverables for a subset of PBNA brands to measure media performance, provide actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
Primary objective of this role is to support execution and delivery of ROI Engine projects
**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Data mapping: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Map data for modeling according to business requirements
- Data collection: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Partner with Data Engineering, media agencies/partners, internal Media teams and Finance to ensure all executed data is captured for modeling.
Understand and manage data flow between all key providers including media agency/partners, finance, cross-functional measurement teams and media/marketing teams.
- Data validation: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Model validation: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Powerpoint deck development: (making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Ad-hoc analysis: (being informed, making decisions, providing consultation, executing actions)
- Analize model results to provide data-informed insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantitative analytics and/or data analysis
- Advanced English is a must
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution
- Marketing analytics and MMM experience is a plus
- Data visualization skills desireable
- High degree of functional proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics software
