Make it your story.This position reports toLocal/Hub Business Unit ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the marketing strategy in the assigned area (business area, division, and markets). Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the Marketing team. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the marketing action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Mexico. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. You will be mainly accountable for:Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and communications strategies for the assigned area in accordance with the business area/division marketing and sales strategy and budget.Defining the marketing targets for the assigned area and ensuring their achievement; and anticipating changes in the market direction proactively and facilitating timely and appropriate remedial action.Identifying existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities through market analysis, defining strategy/business plans for each opportunity, and coordinating with the relevant teams for the assigned area.Work with sales teams to identify and highlight key wins, successes, case studies, and technology applications in region, creating stories around these compelling topics supporting and driving market leadership.Develop and execute internal communication strategies: Design plans to ensure that information flows efficiently and effectively within the PA organization.Manage the corporate intranet: Make sure that the intranet is up-to-date and is a valuable resource for employees.Event planning and organization: Define the objectives of the event, determine the type of event that best aligns with those objectives (meetings, workshops, conferences, celebrations, etc.), and establish a calendar for ABB employees.Together with HR, plan, design, and carry out engagement actions for the PA MX employee team.Qualifications for the roleYou have minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications in a B2B environment (prefer technical/industrial environment), as well as experience for internal communications.Have established strong skills writing, editing, proofreading capabilities.You are results focused with strong analytical skills
