**Key functions for the Marketing and Communications Coordinator role**:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new students and promote the school's strengths and services to both internal and external audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective parents, the community, feeder schools, and media outlets to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.

Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of marketing and communications professionals, including a Communications Specialist, Communications Analyst, and a Marketing Analyst, to ensure the successful execution of marketing and comms initiatives.

Content Creation and Management: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, posters, videos, and social media content, to effectively communicate the school's offerings and engage with the target audiences.

Event Coordination: Plan and organize various events, such as open houses, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives, to attract new students and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Media Relations and PR: Develop and execute PR initiatives across digital and offline channels to enhance the school's brand awareness and manage relationships with media outlets for positive coverage.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget.

Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gather insights into parent needs, and propose innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Multilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure clear and accurate communication.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the role, including occasional evening and weekend work, and readiness to change between school locations if necessary.
