In charge of capitalizing on customer needs by creating strategies that build our brand and generate category growth promoting "customer centricity" behind innovation in product, packaging and celebrate solutions.Secure the best investment and Retail budget control for Advertising, Consumer and Display, defining promotional priorities, generating POS strategies that promote sell out in all company activities and stablishing Media plan that connects with the brand's strategy and the channel's need**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- **Brand Management**- Develops Brand reviews providing performance, diagnostic and recommendations to achieve the established targets.- Design and Implement agreed brand plan & marketing activities, supported by on-going performance analysis, portfolio managementInterpret Turin Mother Brand Compass into brand activity that tells the consistent, engaging brand story and build distinctive brand assetsCreate, develop, and deploy effective EBA and BPI initiatives and other key brand activations and experiences that continuously drive awareness and enhance the brand DMS.- Execute communication strategy, and lead media plan development and production, driving a continual effort to maximize, reach and increase ROI on media spend- Control and monitoring Media and Creative Local agencies at the same time as the advertising Budget for Retail Channel.**Innovation and Pricing**- Implement Gear of Innovation model in Experience Store, to define Innovation Pipeline in Choco Boutiques and Premium Massive Segment.- Product Development: Day to day follow up to ensure the on-time execution and launching of the products mapped for experience store and propose Test & Learn from consumer insights.
