Education and Training:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, advertising, or a related field.Additional courses or certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, web analytics, etc., are a plus.Experience:Previous experience in marketing roles, ideally 2 to 5 years depending on the level of the position (junior, mid-level, senior).Experience in managing advertising campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and handling marketing budgets.Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot, among others.Technical Skills:Digital marketing: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Analytics: Ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs, with knowledge of analytics tools.CRM: Experience with customer relationship management platforms.Basic design skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) can be useful.Marketing automation: Familiarity with automation tools like Mailchimp, Marketo, or Pardot.Soft Skills:Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both for collaborating with internal teams and managing client relationships.Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with industry trends relevant to the company's operations.Knowledge of competitors and best practices within the sector.Culture and Values:Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the marketing environment.Results-oriented: Focus on achieving objectives and performance based on metrics.Proactivity: A proactive attitude in proposing new ideas and strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
