Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team!
As a Marketing Assistant, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Coordinate projects between client, design team, and developers
- Suggest improvements for design, layouts, and copy QA projects with an eagle eye: find mistakes and get them corrected quickly
- Manage timelines and ensure the team is progressing to meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients about completed projects, questions, and materials needed
- Be persuasive with clients who are wanting projects done in ways you know they could be achieved better

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, web design, or related field
- Understanding of various digital marketing platforms - websites, ecommerce, social media
- Very strong written and verbal English
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver

**Bonus qualifications/experience**
- Agency experience
- Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, PhotoShop
- Trello or other project management tools
- Wordpress, web sites, programming, etc.
