Marketing Assistant

Important telecommunications enterprise is looking for a Marketing Assistant

Only English resumes will be considered

1- Focus on OPPO Latin America (specially in Mexico) market purchase new agency sourcing work.

2- Support agency negotiation and relationship management.

3- Procurement to pay process setting and execution(contracts, invoices, payments, delivery and acceptance etc.)

4- Assist the daily work of marketing Procurement manager, including analysis, bidding process,agency evaluation,acceptance material collection/verification, logistics arrangement etc.

5-Assist the daily issue the MKT team request, like organize meetings, send smartphones, pick up sample phones ect.

**Working skills**:
1- Proficient English and Spanish speaking and writing

2-Good responsibility and service awareness

3- Attention to detail

**General experience in**:
1-Procurement or marketing agency(social/creative/PR/production house) experience

**Working location**: Polanco
