Everything is being done 'by the process'. We need someone who can read through the lines carefully, be able to think analytically, and do fact-finding research on their own.- Self-managed and takes initiative: Be able to jump on tasks independently and do them efficiently - the goal is having to touch a task once and checked once.- Cautious and attentive: Each task should be done with thought and with full attention.- Tech-savvy: Be able to manage and navigate through different systems, social media platforms, cloud-based productivity tools with ease.- Communicative and time-efficient.- Real Estate knowledge is highly preferred (terminologies, etc.)Responsibilities are but not limited to:- Administrative tasks: Data entry, oversee all aspects of buyers and sellers transaction from listing to closing, must be able to follow and create detailed processes.- Social media management- Content creation: Basic photo editing, creating presentations, and video editing**Compensation**:$4.00 - $8.00 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization- Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals- Regularly update social media and respond to followers- Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant- Create marketing videos- Admin tasks**Qualifications**:- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic- BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field**About Company**Our business is not about real estate.
