.The Director of Marketing Automation will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation efforts for our clients in the senior living industry. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive innovation in email marketing strategies, improve client results, and leverage cutting-edge tools and techniques to increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will spearhead a team of marketing automation specialists, ensuring that our email marketing strategies align with our clients' broader business objectives and deliver measurable results.Essential functions and responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive email marketing strategies for multiple clients that lead the buyer's journey, enhance brand engagement and drive lead conversion Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities to optimize client email performance continuously and innovate new nurture models that resonate with the target audience Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and other technologies to enhance team productivity and campaign effectiveness Team Management: Oversee and nurture a high-performing team of marketing automation specialists, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth. Take on projects yourself, as this is both a management and hands-on role Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings and sales pitches to articulate the value of our marketing automation solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders. Work with the sales team and client service team to help define the best email marketing strategies for new prospects and existing clients Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure marketing automation efforts are integrated seamlessly with other marketing initiatives Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance and market trends to inform strategic decisionsRequirementsExperience: Minimum of 10 years managing B2C marketing automation strategies, with at least 5 years in HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveDEMAND. Leadership: 3-5 years of experience leading and developing marketing teams Problem-Solving: Proven ability to reduce client tension and de-escalate and resolve complex issuesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in relevant platforms are highly desirable. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders. Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to master new applications quickly and apply them strategically for business growth.
