The Marketing Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. **Responsibilities**:

The marketing automation specialist is a project manager responsible for successfully connect platforms to enhance bank ecosystem. He/She needs to ensure optimum set-up and after that design life-cycle strategies and journeys for customers that should drive the best digital customer experience. Also oversee the e mail marketing projects.
The specialist must be fully accountable and self-oriented. Prioritize initiatives based on business goals, budget efficiency is part of the challenge. The individual must have a customer-centric oriented mindset to correlate and find trends between everyday business metrics and marketing campaigns.
Tasks
- Work with Tech, Marketing, Data and other teams to identify potential use cases, always keeping in mind an adequate way to measure them
- Design and maintain monitoring of activities for top management
- Skills to closely follow-up administrative processes such as partner's onboardings, due-dilligence, etc.
- Work with other stakeholders to optimize the tech ecosystem that will integrate digital marketing campaigns activity with our systems to improve quality of information.
**Requirements**:
- Fully manage of end-to-end projects
- Strong skills developing marketing strategies in B2C with differentiated understanding of KPIs and engagement tactics for each segment
- Proved ability to design and deliver executive deliverables (Pagers, dashboards, etc)
- Experience in implementation, and use of, marketing automation - nice to have Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Manager, Target, Experience.
- Knowledge of data driven marketing, continuous optimization, A/B testing and results analysis
- Ability to work in multiple projects, challenges and meet tight deadlines required
- Keep up to date of the newest trends, innovations, and technologies in the online advertising and marketing automation industries
