We are looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing automation team. This person will spend the day building and updating campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and forms to support healthcare-related client marketing programs.
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the management of multiple CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in landing page development, email marketing, software integrations, and workflows across one and preferably multiple marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications for SuccessAdvanced English (The company is from the US)One (1) to three (3) years of experience with email automation platforms for inbound marketingCollege degree or equivalent work experienceHubSpot Certified; experience in ActiveDemand is helpfulWorking knowledge of internal project management systems such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or WrikeProven experience building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns, complex workflows, landing pages, forms, and reports using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (NOTE: Final candidates will build a workflow as part of the interview process)Strong written and communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailSelf-starter with strong sense of urgencyTechnically curious with the ability to master new applications quicklyStrategic and creative thinker who likes to collaborate on projectsQuick study who enjoys researching new topicsCommunicates well with team; comfortable talking with executivesPerformance StandardsQuarterly/annual review of assignments and performanceOngoing review of all project metricsCompletion of all projects within assigned time and quality standardsYour Day-to-DayBuild, manage, and optimize email campaigns and workflow developmentDevelop lead magnet and lead nurturing campaigns that leverage multiple marketing content typesUse the CRM to build landing pages and create formsDevelop and run reports on email marketing programsManage multiple projects at a time, including working on more than 40 workflows a weekBenefitsInsurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)12 Days of vacation per year, with prior approval from your manager, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.30 days of Christmas bonusCell Phone ReimbursementTransportation Allowance
