Initiate, plan and execute marketing campaigns & strategies that will drive high quality pipeline development for sales using available Technology & media channels What this position will do (Essential responsibilities and duties) : Advanced Portuguese is a must. Translate & tropicalize the company's business goals, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into formal, integrated marketing plans. Understand needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective messaging & campaigns. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a digital first strategy, that generate marketing qualified leads from targeted prospects or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers. Reporting and optimization for campaign performance. Work with other members of the marketing team to create effective assets and content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and sales enablement. Use the marketing budget maximizing spend against ROI generating activities under Marketing Director Supervision. Support Marketing Director to execute events, webinars and other public relation activities. Ability to create an engaging mix of key initiatives and assets that can address the various stages of the buyer's journey. Provides information to the team members & prospects in order to educate and inform new opportunities about Solera companies, portfolio and services. Utilizes Marketo & CRM database (Salesforce) to track activities, make important reports for the business, update data and competitive information. Uses time efficiently in order to meet personal & team goals and work collaboratively with other departments. Adhere to company policies & procedures and departmental best practices. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing team & other departments. EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience from Administration, Communication, Marketing, Publicity, or related majors. EXPERIENCE : 1 -3 or more years of experience using integrated marketing campaigns utilizing awareness, graphic design, branding and diversity of strategies to support sales enablement program activities KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES : Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point and Word. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite & other design software Knowledge (desirable) Support in all marketing activities Strong verbal and written communication skills to full participation in work teams.
