It's in our name & it's what we do.TasksThis is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.Media LeadershipDrive Klar's presence across both traditional and digital media, with a strong focus on TV, out-of-home (OOH), radio, and social media. Develop integrated campaigns that ensure Klar's media strategy aligns with brand goals, effectively engages target audiences, and reaches customers across multiple platforms.Data-Driven Decision-MakingUse insights and analytics to guide brand strategy, continually assessing brand performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing Klar's impact. Key performance metrics will include brand awareness growth, campaign ROI, digital engagement, and customer acquisition.Creative VisionCollaborate with the creative team to develop standout campaigns that reinforce Klar's identity and set us apart in a competitive marketplace. Execute Klar's brand strategy, establishing Klar as a leading brand in fintech and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints
