Klar is a Mexican fintech startup whose mission is to democratize and revolutionize the way in which financial services have been delivered so far in Mexico, especially since half of the population doesn't have a bank account. We offer a rich set of products across our debit and credit offers and the future is bright for Klar! We have an exciting and ambitious roadmap to bring more features to our products so that we can better serve our users. We have served more than 2 million users since our launch in 2019!

Tasks
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.
- Media Leadership
Drive Klar's presence across both traditional and digital media, with a strong focus on TV, out-of-home (OOH), radio, and social media. Develop integrated campaigns that ensure Klar's media strategy aligns with brand goals, effectively engages target audiences, and reaches customers across multiple platforms.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making
Use insights and analytics to guide brand strategy, continually assessing brand performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing Klar's impact. Key performance metrics will include brand awareness growth, campaign ROI, digital engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Creative Vision
Collaborate with the creative team to develop standout campaigns that reinforce Klar's identity and set us apart in a competitive marketplace. Execute Klar's brand strategy, establishing Klar as a leading brand in fintech and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Budget and Project Management
Oversee budget allocation for media and brand initiatives, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI. Ensure projects have a clear timeline, making sure all stages of the process are produced efficiently by all stakeholders, from ideation to final execution.
- Team Leadership
Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Actively inspire and educate the team with cultural insights and trends in the Mexican market.
**Requirements**:
- Hands-On Brand Builder: Proven ability to build, scale, and execute disruptive brand strategies in high-growth tech or consumer sectors, with a strong individual contribution to establishing a distinctive brand presence
- Analytical and Data-Savvy: Hands-on experience in brand reporting and analysis, with a strong background in using data and business intelligence to directly inform strategy, optimize brand performance, and drive data-based decision-making.
- Market-Savvy and Adaptive Mindset: Flexible and growth-focused, with a talent for adapting strategies to Klar's evolving needs while ensuring brand consistency. Ideas are backed by data and research, with a pulse on Mexican market trends and a commitment to sharing insights with the team regularly.
- Clear Communication and Organizational Skills: Able to communicate ideas and strategies openly to internal teams, as well briefing external vendors and following up on deliverables in a timely manner. Transparent in showing process and any blockers. Master the art of project management (briefs, scheduling, follow-up, retro-planning).
