Marketing Campaign Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of campaign maps, message maps, and content assets and strategies. They will collaborate closely with various marketing organizations and agencies to ensure the successful launch, monitoring, and delivery of campaigns that drive tangible results.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive campaign strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.Translate campaign maps and message maps into actionable plans and content assets.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on campaign insights.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campaign management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 4.5 years of experience in campaign management or a related role.Strong understanding of campaign maps, message maps, and content strategies.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Flexibility to work in a remote setting and collaborate across different time zones.Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish is a plus).Preferred Skills:Experience working with nearshore locations such as Mexico or Costa Rica.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Certifications in project management or campaign management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
