SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work with the Pardot Admin Team to identify and solve issues, update lead automation rules, etc.- Update and maintain CRM system and related databases to research missing data and make necessary updates as needed to keep CRM accurate/updated. Become a CRM power user and teach others, as necessary.- Support event marketing, working with colleagues to plan, reserve, coordinate, ship materials, and track ROI of events that support marketing campaigns.- Oversee the organization and continued upkeep of company marketing literature and materials. Update inventory management system, order replacement stock, and ship materials to relevant colleagues and events.- Working with Product/Application teams, support the posting of new content through Tridion web content management system to get content through the process and accurately posted to the correct web pages.- Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed to support the growth of the business.- Plan, promote and execute virtual events such as courses, webinars and seminars in Spanish.- Review/translate prioritized content into Spanish for the Spanish version of our website- Maintain local budget and reporting of expenses- Backup lead handling for North America and BrazilREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Entry Qualifications- Marketing, Communications or Business Degree from a 2-year or 4-year college with strong background in PCs preferred- +2 years experience preferred- Spanish and English required.
