**Job Title**: Marketing and Communications Coordinator**Reports To**: Managing Director**Job Overview**:The primary goal of this role is to create and execute a compelling creative, targeted, and insightful Marketing Strategy to attract the highest quality startups and attract potential partners that will increase in overall the revenue growth.Additionally, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the building and leading of a high-performing team to achieve the desired marketing and communication outcomes.
**Responsibilities and duties**:The main responsibility of this role is to define and execute the Marketing strategy in order to serve the two main MassChallenge stakeholders: Startups/entrepreneurial ecosystem and Partners (corporate sponsors).- Communication strategy_- Define, implement and drive the communication strategy for MassChallenge stakeholders- Define MassChallenge Mexico messaging for each stakeholder- Marketing Duties: Define, design and execute a holistic marketing strategy that includes:_- Managing external communications- Promotion of public events- Campaign for Accelerator Program- Support any corporate collaboration- Community and engagement events and communication- Content creation- Materials design and creation- Define and supervise the correct use of the MCMX Brand- Reporting & Database Management_- Clearly define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)- Analyze and incorporate metrics on the decision making.- Strategically manage the MCMX database- PR & Speaking Opportunities_- Manage PR strategy with mass media- Build and develop meaningful relationships with our marketing nodes- Identify relevant speaking opportunities and networking events where MC must have presence.- Assist with public interviews- Social Media_- Develop and execute a strategy for social Media to achieve the planned growth results.- Manage the different social media channels**Qualifications**:- Graduate degree in Marketing or related field- Minimum 2 years in Marketing- Understanding in Marketing, KPI's, Social Media, Public Relations, and Design- Strong understanding of the external market, competitive landscape, and trends that impact our business- Demonstrated ability to drive substantial market growth within a compressed time frame- Outstanding written and oral communication- Data management to drive decisions based on thorough analytics- Capable to work under pressure and strict deadlines and effectively prioritize- English: Advanced level both written and spoken- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus- Strong leadership to manage a team to provide effective results.
