We are looking for a MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER talent, to join our specialized COMMUNICATIONS team for our CORPORATE department for SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, MEXICO.
RESPONSIBILITIES In this position you will have an impact by:
Playing a key role in the creation and execution of integrated marketing communications plans and assets, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital channels, social media, email and traditional marketing.
Developing and overseeing the creation of engaging and relevant messaging and content that is aligned with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
Staying current on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development and Creative, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and support to ensure individual and team success.
Developing, leading, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and suppliers.
Maintaining and enhancing Cummins brand identity across all marketing materials and touch points.
Planning and executing virtual and in-person events that create memorable experiences and deepen connections to the Cummins brand.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements, and reporting regularly on marketing KPIs.
Developing and managing budget, financial controls and risks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established budget.
Understanding and championing digital marketing tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders.
Leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, developing and executing digital marketing strategies and overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this position, you will need:
5 years of experience in similar roles.
Solid experience in leading teams driving marketing strategies.
Proven experience as Marketing Leader.
Advanced English.
