The Marketing Communications Manager designs and implements marketing communications strategies that align with Cummins business objectives. This role drives integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzes performance data and contributes to Cummins growth and success. Acts as a leader within the business, driving efficiency, professionalism and sophisticated marketing practices.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Play a key role in the creation and execution of integrated marketing communications plans and assets, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant messaging and content that is aligned with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development and Creative, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and support to ensure individual and team success.
Develop, lead and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, leaders and suppliers.
Maintain and enhance Cummins brand identity across all marketing materials and touch points.
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that create memorable experiences and deepen connections to the Cummins brand.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements, and reporting regularly on marketing KPIs.
Develop and manage budget, financial controls and risks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established budget.
Understand and champion digital marketing tools, trends and channels with stakeholders.
Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, developing and executing digital marketing strategies and overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
