Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the roleThe Marketing & Communications Senior Manager is responsible for leading the Marketing team to develop commercial strategies in close collaboration with GMF Sales and General Motors Mexico to maximize sales opportunities, through development of products, marketing intelligence, CRM activities, Dealer incentives, among others.What you needBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Administration, Communications or related field.Master's degree preferred.English proficiency both verbal and written (will be evaluated).Cross-functional experience preferred, with sales/service/marketing/product development.5+ years of experience in a B2C or B2B commercial industry performing marketing activities such as marketing analysis, design and communication; supporting the commercial activities, distribution channels and sales team.5+ years as a team manager, with proven experience in team development.Desirable experience with company corporate events.Experience in market analysis and benchmarks.Negotiation with suppliers in a leadership role.Internal and external brand management.Manage and control of commercial budgets and rewards programs.Availability to travel.Ability to work with all the business areas in GMF.What you will be doingInvolvement on pricing definitions to ensure adequate consumer plans & incentives to help achieve sales targets for GMF and GMM.Continued review and enhancement to products offering for Retail Customer.Adequate review of the performance of GMF based on the different brands and carlines, providing recommendations to continue improving results.Provide support to Used, Leasing and Fleet on developing their strategy with regards to price, product, incentives and communication.Develop a strong CRM program creating synergies with GM and the dealer network.Lead digital marketing initiatives including email marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.Responsible for managing club Royal Elite Program including incentives and vendor.Responsible for GMF communication including corporate presentations, alignment with GMM and agencies, while ensuring adequate usage of GM Financial brand following established guidelines.Gather and analysis market information to understand consumer insights and competitive opportunities.Responsible of supervising, controlling and managing the marketing budget.Responsible for internal and external events.What we offerAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself
