Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist.

**What you'll do**:
- Provide project management support to ensure accuracy, quality and on-time delivery to project timelines:
- Brand management:
- Understand all aspects of Eaton's brand promise, attributes and standards; accurately represent Eaton in written and verbal communications to position Eaton as a leading power management company.
Content- Collaborate with others in marketing communications, internal stakeholders and agencies on content development and project management
- Manage reviews, revisions and approvals using the content marketing platform, Percolate/Percolate Proof
- Review content for correct brand, voice and messaging.
- Make minor revisions using the tools in Adobe Creative Suite
- Archive native files
- Maintain master list of digital literature for meta data, tagging, etc.
- Maintain master list of print inventory and place reprint orders
Tradeshows (in-person events and virtual)- Coordinate development and shipping of demos, displays and graphics working closely with product teams and agencies
- Coordinate creation of assets including images, banners, documents, videos and presentations
- Manage registration of Eaton attendees
- Support lead generation and lead management activities- Create and edit basic web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Coordinate with internal creative center of excellence on webpage creation and updates
- Coordinate with internal marketing automation team to create forms
- Resize and modify images using Photoshop
Media- Ensure adherence to media due dates and deadlines
- Manage reviews, revisions and approvals using the content marketing platform, Percolate
Product launches- Collaborate with others in marketing communications, internal stakeholders and agencies
Digital analytics- Support the efforts to analyze web traffic & performance using Google Analytics and Power BI dashboards
**Qualifications**:
Education level required: 4-year college degree.
Minimum 5 years experience in B-to-B marketing, digital marketing or communications
**Skills**:
Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
Marketing communications experience
Strong verbal and written skills
Experience with or ability to learn tools in MarTech stack, including a web development platform (AEM preferred) and a marketing automation platform (Eloqua preferred) and a content management platform (Percolate preferred)
Strong marketing, analytics and project management skills
Knowledge of user experience, usability, digital best practices a plus
Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
or similar
Ability to work well in a matrix team environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Aptitude for understanding technical information
Electrical product experience a plus
