This is an opportunity to become part of a fast-paced organization that is planning, executing, and measuring a substantial investment in building Snapdragon as a consumer brand. In this brand-building effort, our major portfolio partners are: Manchester United, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Snapdragon Stadium, and San Diego Padres.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Working in close collaboration with colleagues around the world, this role will:Manage ticketing SaaS tool and serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders throughout a global organization.Provide customer support and internal training as needed for ticketing function and serve as the primary POC for the ticketing software vendor.Create project plans under the guidance of brand partnerships and activations lead.Implement project plan and regularly report on status.Perform project management tasks as directed, including monitoring multiple communications channels used by the global team and agencies.Schedule and manage cross-functional planning meetings as required by the project plan, provide meeting notes and act on next steps.Execute and support the company's required internal review processes.Interface with external partnership POCs and agency team as required by the project plan.Serve as the primary point of contact for the brand partnerships team with the internal customer experiences/events team and agency.Work schedules may at times need to be adjusted to events taking place in other time zones.Some international travel may be required and would be planned and scheduled in advance.Experience required:Experience with integrated marketing, sports marketing, sponsorship and hospitality best practices and KPIs.Direct experience with industry-standard ticketing management software within a global corporate environment.Direct experience with executive-level hospitality programs within the sports marketing space.English language fluency.Preferred but not a requirement: Proficiency in other languages, such as Chinese
