**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and implement B2B marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Leverage LinkedIn for B2B marketing, including content creation, lead generation, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Manage budgets and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in leading marketing teams and executing B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool (campaign management, analytics, content strategy).
- Hands-on experience with SAP in a marketing context.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Advanced level).
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
