Responsibilities:- Leading and managing a Mexican marketing team (now it's a team of 7 full-time colleagues + 2 interns)- Making successful SendPulse promo campaigns on the local market and building stability processes.- Quick problem-solving, understanding the team's tasks- Being proactive and always aware of processes in the team.We're looking for a colleague who won't settle for the basics, and will always be eager to take SendPulse to the next step.Be prepared for a paid test task followed by an online interview with the SendPulse CMO, Marketing Manager Latam, and HRD.?
